QuickLease was founded to replace opaque brokerage practices with transparent, documentation-first residential advisory. We specialize exclusively in vetted resale and rental mandates across Mumbai.

A listings site can show you a hundred homes. It cannot tell you which one has a clean title chain, which landlord will renew fairly, or which society will hold up your NOC for six weeks.
We work on a small number of mandates at a time so that each one gets a named relationship manager, a documented process and honest counsel — including the advice not to transact when the numbers do not work.
Eleven years in, most of our work arrives through referrals from owners and tenants we have already represented. That is the only growth metric we care about.

- Confirm decisions in writing so timelines stay predictable
